"When I first went to the office on Feb 23, I found the service to be great. Luke helped me and generated a new policy to match what I had previously. On Feb 28, I received an email from Kelsey who asked for information the underwriting team had asked about. I provided that promptly and Kelsey said she would submit and resolve the inquiry. Well, fast forward to April 3, I received a letter in the mail saying my insurance was going to be canceled because I didn’t provide the information requested. What? For a month and a half no one sent a letter, an email, an app notification or made a phone call saying documentation was needed but all of a sudden a cancelation policy notice shows up?? I called, and of course the office is closed and whoever answers the call- they’re very nice but they don’t solve your problem because all they can do is “leave a note” for the agent. I don’t know whether Kelsey didn’t submit the info I provided or underwriting didn’t get it or what the gap is. Thus far, very unhappy with the handling of my situation. Today is Sunday 4/14. If no one calls me back by Monday 4/15, I’ll be happy to find another agent or provider."

"I switched my home and auto insurance to Angel's office and it was a seamless process - that also saved me money! On top of the policies just costing a little less, Brooke recommended a few extra cost saving steps I could take such as a low mileage discount and the Safe Driver thing to put in your car. As I've talked to friends and family who have either lost their coverage or had rates skyrocket over the last year, I'm so glad to be with State Farm and Angel Hall's office in particular!"
