"Been trying to get in contact for over a week to upgrade my account from renters insurance to homeowners. I haven’t received any phone calls back after numerous attempts to get ahold of them and even had a lady write down a message for someone by the name of Lauren. Still nothing even after the message so at this point I’ll be switching companies and canceling my current policy. Do better State Farm because you just lost a customer."

"I was lost with the excess money that I was losing before I hooked up with State Farm. My mortgage increased dramatically due to an escrow issue. My agent and I worked with my mortgage company to resolve the issues. Instead of my payment increasing by $295, my payment went down $87. Thats a $382 swing. That is also withh a positive escrow balance."

"Reached out to Brooke Morrison for help on shopping for new home/property Insurance policy. Current company I had was closing for good & we had been with them 30 years. So in a nutshell……this was scary & I didn’t know where to start. Not my wheelhouse & zero knowledge of where to begin.
